Con la llegada el a\u00f1o pasado de <strong>Metal Gear Solid \u0394: Snake Eater<\/strong>, el remake de una de las obras m\u00e1s queridas de <strong>Hideo Kojima<\/strong>, Konami lanz\u00f3 en diciembre la banda sonora en 2 versiones: un EP con 7 temas y una versi\u00f3n completa que abarca todas las pistas del juego en su totalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La banda sonora trata de modernizar la m\u00fasica del juego original, <strong>Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater<\/strong>, que los compositores <strong>Harry Gregson-Williams<\/strong> y <strong>Norihiko Hibino<\/strong> crearon en 2004. Y debo decir que, en t\u00e9rminos de fidelidad y producci\u00f3n, el resultado es excelente, gracias a un gran trabajo de remasterizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sonido que lograron es muy limpio, con una separaci\u00f3n est\u00e9reo que permite apreciar cada secci\u00f3n de la orquesta, algo que en la versi\u00f3n de PlayStation 2 se perd\u00eda un poco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">El tema principal, <strong>Snake Eater \u0394<\/strong>, se grab\u00f3 completamente de nuevo, y aparece junto a varias piezas retocadas o nuevas por <strong>Naoki Nakashima<\/strong> y <strong>Hiroaki Ooka<\/strong>, parte del equipo de sonido interno de Konami para Metal Gear Solid Delta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me enfocar\u00e9 en la versi\u00f3n EP de la banda sonora, la cual presenta una colecci\u00f3n de la m\u00fasica completamente nueva que el juego tiene que ofrecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cynthia Harrell<\/strong> regresa al micr\u00f3fono despu\u00e9s de dos d\u00e9cadas para hacer una nueva interpretaci\u00f3n del emblem\u00e1tico tema principal. Su voz se siente distinta. Ha madurado, y tiene un peso y una textura diferentes; ya no es solo una canci\u00f3n estilo James Bond, ahora se siente como una eleg\u00eda. La emoci\u00f3n sigue ah\u00ed, intacta.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed wp-block-embed-youtube is-type-video is-provider-youtube epyt-figure\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><iframe  id=\"_ytid_57706\"  width=\"800\" height=\"450\"  data-origwidth=\"800\" data-origheight=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/oOweekX6TW8?enablejsapi=1&#038;autoplay=0&#038;cc_load_policy=0&#038;cc_lang_pref=&#038;iv_load_policy=1&#038;loop=0&#038;rel=1&#038;fs=1&#038;playsinline=0&#038;autohide=2&#038;theme=dark&#038;color=red&#038;controls=1&#038;disablekb=0&#038;\" class=\"__youtube_prefs__  no-lazyload\" title=\"YouTube player\"  allow=\"fullscreen; accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen data-no-lazy=\"1\" data-skipgform_ajax_framebjll=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Suite, Pt.1<\/strong> y <strong>Pt.2<\/strong> son arreglos orquestales, masivos, donde los metales y la percusi\u00f3n tienen una presencia notable. Es m\u00fasica cinem\u00e1tica que combina perfectamente la tem\u00e1tica de espionaje del juego con momentos m\u00e1s emotivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>The Another Patriot<\/strong> funciona como un breve interludio atmosf\u00e9rico, quiz\u00e1s demasiado corto para destacar en este EP, pero cumple su funci\u00f3n de establecer un tono misterioso en la narrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Fox Hunt<\/strong> es un tema que fue creado para el nuevo modo multijugador (tambi\u00e9n llamado Fox Hunt) y destaca por contar con una tensi\u00f3n r\u00edtmica palpable. Los instrumentos de cuerda suenan agresivos y urgentes, capturando perfectamente esa sensaci\u00f3n de p\u00e1nico controlado que define el gameplay de la saga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Survival Overture<\/strong> agrega otro tanto de tensi\u00f3n en la forma de una marcha \u00e9pica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">La colecci\u00f3n termina con <strong>Beyond The Hunt<\/strong>, una pieza que refuerza el car\u00e1cter orquestal cinem\u00e1tico de la banda sonora, donde los metales se lucen en una conclusi\u00f3n explosiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personalmente, creo que la versi\u00f3n EP es un excelente resumen de la nueva identidad sonora del juego, recomendada para quienes les gustar\u00eda un vistazo. Y por supuesto, da gusto tambi\u00e9n contar con  la versi\u00f3n completa de la banda sonora actualizada, la cual es una versi\u00f3n respetuosa que, al igual que el remake del juego, busca pulir la experiencia sin eliminar lo que la hizo memorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is a great time to be a Metal Gear fan.
